I am the Founder of Strong Mindful Architect.
I help business and HR leaders build high-performing teams that thrive on cross-cultural collaboration.
Too many talented teams break down due to unaddressed cultural misunderstandings.
Leaders struggle to bridge differences.
Biases arise. Communication breaks down.
Delayed projects. Wasted time and resources. Disengaged team.

In today’s interconnected world, cultural intelligence and bias awareness are essential for sustainable success.
As a former global HR leader, I saw how hidden biases shaped everything from leadership effectiveness to team dynamics and communication patterns. I also witnessed remarkable transformations firsthand when leaders invested in cultural intelligence and bias awareness:

My own journey inspires my work.
Throughout my career in regional and global HR roles. I designed and led cross-cultural leadership programs, assessment centers, coaching initiatives, and workshops across complex, matrixed organisations, always focused on unlocking different perspectives.

Born in England to parents from Hong Kong, I earned my MBA from Imperial College London. I have lived the complexity I help leaders master. Five countries and ten cities later:
London → Seoul → Shanghai → Beijing → Płock → Hong Kong → Shanghai → Lucerne → Zug → Schwyz + Hamburg
I learned five languages (English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, and German) to communicate and understand how culture shapes thinking.
Each relocation was a masterclass in cultural intelligence. With each transition, I confronted my own unconscious biases. Every bias uncovered was a reminder that this work is a lifelong journey.
The power comes from turning real-life experience into transformational insights. That is what I bring to every engagement.
Today, as a Cultural Intelligence and Unconscious Bias Facilitator and Coach, I don’t just teach concepts; I facilitate breakthroughs.
When leaders embrace differences with curiosity, authenticity, and objectivity, they build organisations where everyone can thrive, and business results reflect that transformation.
