Hey there, I’m Shelle —a global citizen, shaped by life across continents and the lessons they carried.
I was born in the UK to trilingual, globetrotting parents who immigrated from Hong Kong. With roots in one culture, a passport from another, and a life lived in between, I identify deeply with third culture experience – one that blends heritage, adaptation, and a constant redefinition of home.
Over the years, I have lived in 5 countries, moved 11 times across 10 cities, travelled to over 50 countries and now call Switzerland home, where I live with my Swiss husband. I speak 5 languages – English, Cantonese, Korean (gone a little rusty now), Mandarin, and German (still learning).
My sense of belonging is at the intersection of curiosity, connection and lifelong learning. The years of cross-cultural experiences have taught me the power of resilience – learning to architect a strong and positive mindset, and sustainably rooted from within.
I became a coach because I have always had a compelling desire to help others.

Our minds are powerful beyond measure so we must learn to understand them, manage them, and intentionally shape them. Neuroscientists continue to be amazed by the brain’s potential, yet few of us are taught how to take care of our own minds.
That’s where coaching comes in. When we learn to manage our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, we change how we show up — in our relationships, our work, and our lives.
This is why I do what I do. Because we all deserve to live from a place of awareness, not autopilot.
