What impressed me most was her ability to create a safe and authentic environment where people from completely different cultural backgrounds could share and learn from each other.

Having accumulated a long professional and personal experience with cultural differences myself, I did not expect to be surprised or even to learn something new. Yet, Michelle brought fresh perspectives, sincerity, and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of today’s multicultural society.

Her approach to cultural intelligence goes far beyond theory: she combines practical exercises, genuine empathy, and a strong sense of facilitation. This not only enriched my knowledge but also reminded me how cultural diversity can truly bring “new blood into my veins.”

I was seeking deeper ways to connect across cultures without falling into the trap of stereotypes, especially in diverse professional settings.

As someone passionate about languages and intercultural collaboration, the theme of collective intelligence and CQ felt like a perfect match for both my personal interests and professional growth.

The biggest shift was embracing the “I don’t know” mindset, not as a weakness, but as a bridge to understanding. I also became more aware of unconscious bias and how to challenge it with curiosity and humility.

Drawing from both personal experience and deep expertise and delivering her messages with a wonderful sense of humour, she guided us to reflect on our interactions with colleagues, friends, and family.

The insights she shared were practical and thought-provoking, and I wholeheartedly recommend the workshop to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of intercultural dynamics.
