Why work with me

I have been in your shoes. 

I spent over 20 years in the corporate world working in multinational organisations across regional and global HR leadership roles, industries, and countries. 

I understand the pressures of high-performance environments and the internal challenges that often accompany them: imposter syndrome, self-doubt, decision paralysis, fear of failure, perfectionism, mental overload, lack of energy, emotional triggers, and overthinking. I have supported clients in identifying and changing the thinking patterns that shape their confidence, and decision-making thus how they show up.

Born in the UK and raised by Hong Kong parents, I studied in both London and Seoul, worked across 6 countries and 10 cities across Europe and Asia, and travelled to over 50 countries. These experiences have given me the ability to see situations from many angles, challenge assumptions, and help clients think beyond their limiting beliefs. 

My coaching is based on real-life experience, having successfully gone through the Zero Negative Thinking Loop myself. I am a certified coach from the HCI Institute.
