The Zero Negative Thinking Loop in 42 Days
Real Transformations. Sustainable Change.
Focus on analysing thoughts and deriving conclusions based on evidence.
Success Story 1
I feel comfortable in my own skin. Not because of what others think of me, but because I know who I am.
Lee, Senior Business Development Manager
From Self-Doubt to Self-Appreciation
How one leader broke free from external validation and found confidence that lasted
The Challenge: Lee (Alias used to protect confidentiality) was a capable leader of a high-performing sales team who relied on his manager’s feedback and perception to feel competent. When communication broke down with his manager, his confidence collapsed with it. Every unclear message became signs that he wasn’t good enough.
The Work: We started by mapping the thinking patterns tied to each situation that was feeding Lee’s self-doubt. We avoided generalisations by drilling down to specific thoughts triggered by specific moments.
We ran practical experiments and tested different approaches to communication and relationship-building with his manager. We examined each pattern closely. Using concrete evidence and facts, we reinterpreted the situations he had been reading negatively.
The Outcome: The confidence Lee built at work rippled further into how he viewed himself and life. He also formed deeper, more authentic relationships on all fronts – from colleagues at work to his family and partner.
Success Story 2
I used to see them as enemies, but now, they are just people just asking questions. Therefore, I don't feel they are challenging me anymore so I don't feel defensive.
Alex, Investment Manager
From Emotional Reactivity to Confident Approach
How one leader traced her triggers to her roots to make clearer decisions and more meaningful relationships
The Challenge: Alex (Alias used to protect confidentiality) found herself emotionally activated in high-stakes situations, particularly at investment committees. Unconscious beliefs shaped by her upbringing were driving how she responded to disagreement and questioning. These patterns also affected her closest relationships.
The Work: Each situation began with a question: what was actually going through Alex’s mind in that moment? We identified the precise thoughts, then reverse-engineered the logic and emotions behind them, and traced each one back to the beliefs and experiences formed during her childhood.
Alongside the inner work, Alex tested new ways of communicating with her colleagues at work. Rather than defaulting to her own style, she began adapting to the preferences of others and found that the same message, delivered differently, landed in an entirely new way.
We held each situation up against the evidence and analysed it. Soon, Alex started to move away from looking at people and circumstances through the lens of old assumptions.
The Outcome: Alex exhibited an inner calmness and more confident presence at the investment committee and no longer viewed their questions as threats. She built a more visible and stronger bond with her superiors.
Success Story 3
I feel I am more aware of my unconscious biases, I communicate better, and I am more proactive in doing things.
Sam, Operations Manager
From Overwhelmed to Full of Energy, Positivity, and Gratitude
How one leader learned to balance work, fatherhood, and himself all at once
The Challenge: Sam(Alias used to protect confidentiality) came to coaching at a moment when several major life chapters were colliding at once. He had just become a father for the first time. He was approaching a decade in his career and wanted clarity for the future. The stress and unhappiness he was carrying at work had begun spilling into his personal life, affecting his day-to-day emotions in ways he hadn’t anticipated.
The Work: We started by working backwards. We traced each emotion back to the assumptions and beliefs sitting underneath it, including unconscious biases Sam hadn’t realised were shaping how he saw himself and others.
Through mock interviews and role plays, we reconnected Sam with the strengths and energisers that had always been there but faded from view over a decade of putting his head down and delivering. Sam was pushed out of his comfort zone to speak up about a difficult workplace incident. Each experience became a testing ground for the unconscious biases we had examined together, reinforcing the shift from insight to action.
The Outcome: Sam has a renewed sense of confidence, greater emotional control, and a more positive relationship with both his professional life and his new identity as a father. There were no longer competing priorities but rather a life that holds together.
Frequently Asked Questions
A negative thinking loop is a recurring cycle of self-defeating thoughts. For example, thinking you’re not good enough, rumination after meetings, saying a lot of “what if”s, or constantly comparing yourself to others. These thoughts drain your mental energy and erode your confidence.
This program goes beyond surface-level motivation and theory to analysis of thinking patterns, emotional triggers, behaviours, and underlying beliefs through a structured, evidence-based three-step approach. It involves practical experiments and action steps, with clear strategies for creating sustainable change in how you think and how you show up.
Think of it as a courtroom for your mind.
We map your recurring thoughts, unconscious biases, and emotional triggers. Then we put them on trial. Every negative thought is treated as a claim that must be proven with real evidence, which are actual words, documented facts, physical proof. Not feelings. Not assumptions. Not hearsay.
Then we reach a verdict. Is this thought reality, or a story your mind invented? Most of the time, the thoughts holding successful people back are assumptions dressed up as facts.
It’s not about feeding you empty compliments to make you feel better. It is understanding the truth based on objective facts so you can move forward.
Simple, practical, no fluff answer. I tested the program with multiple clients – a 90-day program, a 60-day program, and a 30-day program. After some practical experimenting, I found the most impactful duration is 6 coaching sessions. 6 weekly coaching sessions is 6 x 7 days = 42 days. I can’t shorten it otherwise; it would not achieve the desired impact. I also don’t need to lengthen it when it has been proven to be unnecessary.
The program is designed for busy schedules. You will require 60 minutes a week for the weekly coaching session. Practical action steps have historically taken 30-60 minutes a week on average. So the total time you need to commit would range from 1.5-2 hours.
Absolutely. Most, if not all, of my clients are highly successful professionals in the corporate world who recognise that one persistent mental blocker is the glass ceiling between there they are and where they want to be.
All sessions and personal disclosures are held to strict professional confidentiality standards. This is also highlighted in the client commitment and agreement contract.
Sessions are available both virtually and in-person, depending on your location and preference. Please note that travel time and associated travel costs will be factored into the overall investment.
